Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) and Data
Acquisition Systems, solutions and products. The
activities encompassing ATE systems include
conceptualizing the ATE, design for testability
and testability analysis of the Unit Under Test,
identification and sourcing of appropriate test
stimuli and response instruments, development of
test program software and test analysis software,
and finally installation and commissioning of the
ATE/test Rigs. From simple functional GO/NOGO
Testers for the manufacturing industry to high-end
ATEs for the semi-conductor industry to complex
ATEs for the defense and aerospace segments, we
